Processing Time
The replacement process may take up to 40 days, depending on the availability of the goods. If the goods are shipped by sea, the processing time may extend to 70 days. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work diligently to ensure the timely replacement of the damaged items.
Non-Monetary Refunds
