Logistics

Upon payment, goods will be released for collection upon arrival at the designated location. Romatechs Concepts Africa Limited holds no liability for the condition of the goods once they leave our premises. It is the customer's responsibility to inspect and confirm the condition of the goods upon receipt.

Payment Term

Payment is due upon the arrival of goods and readiness for collection. The company is not responsible for any liability once the goods leave our premises.

Insurance - Customers are strongly recommended to insure their goods.

Upon receiving goods in our offices/warehouse (origin) and transporting them to our offices/warehouse (destination) in Kenya, we assume responsibility for the goods. However, in the event of any issue(s) arising from the supplier(s), such as goods being broken, damaged, delivered in less quantity, or not matching the specifications of the client's order, we hereby clarify that our liability is excluded. Clients are encouraged to thoroughly inspect goods upon receipt and report any discrepancies promptly

Force Majeure

The Company is not liable for any failure or delay in providing services due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, or labour strikes.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of the business relationship.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term or condition. Termination does not relieve the client of its obligation to pay for services rendered.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.

Changes to Terms

Romatechs Concepts Africa Limited reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of services implies acceptance of the modified terms.

By engaging in business with Romatechs Concepts Africa Limited, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
